These Terms govern use of vyasavittam.com and services offered by Vyasa Vittam Private Limited, including professional-service enquiries, Vyasa Vittam Classes demos, courses, portal access, recordings, notes, assessments and communications. By using the website, registering or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

1. Eligibility and accurate information

You must provide accurate and current information. A parent or lawful guardian should complete or approve registration and payment for a minor where required. We may refuse, suspend or cancel access where information is materially false, payment is unverified, misuse occurs or legal/security concerns arise.

2. Educational services

Course descriptions, schedules, access periods and inclusions are those displayed or communicated for the specific offer at the time of purchase. Final demo timings may be selected after reviewing participant preferences. We may reasonably reschedule a session, replace an instructor, revise the sequence or provide an equivalent recording/support arrangement when operationally necessary.

3. No result guarantee

Educational content is supplementary and does not guarantee marks, rank, examination success, admission to any institution, professional qualification or employment. Testimonials or historical outcomes, if used, describe individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

• Login credentials and access links are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You may not record, download where disabled, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell or create competing materials from protected content.
• You may not disrupt classes, impersonate another person, scrape the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or misuse student/parent contact information.
• Community and WhatsApp participation must remain respectful, relevant and lawful. We may remove participants for harassment, spam, piracy or disruption without waiving payment obligations.

5. Intellectual property

The website, branding, teaching materials, recordings, worksheets, tests, methods and original content are owned by or licensed to Vyasa Vittam. Purchase grants only a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable content for the registered learner and permitted access period.

6. Payments

Payments must be made through an authorised method. An order is confirmed only after successful verification by us or the payment provider. Prices, taxes, inclusions and promotional terms are those shown at checkout or in an authorised written offer. A demo purchase does not automatically enrol the learner in another programme.

7. Professional services

Website information about accounting, taxation, compliance, finance or business matters is general and not a substitute for an engagement-specific professional opinion. Scope, fees, responsibilities and deliverables for professional services are governed by the applicable proposal, engagement letter or written confirmation. Timely and accurate client information remains essential.

8. Third-party services

The website may use or link to payment, video-conferencing, messaging, hosting or other third-party services. Their availability and independent terms are outside our direct control. A link does not imply responsibility for unrelated third-party content.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vyasa Vittam is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by user equipment/connectivity, unauthorised credential sharing, third-party outages or reliance on general information outside an agreed service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the grievance contact below. Subject to applicable consumer law and mandatory jurisdiction, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
