Digital Delivery Policy

Vyasa Vittam Private Limited, through Vyasa Vittam Classes, primarily supplies digital educational services. No physical shipping is involved unless a separate written offer expressly states otherwise.

1. Free demo delivery

After free registration, the participant receives a unique confirmation reference and may voluntarily join an official communication channel. The confirmed demo timing, preparation instructions and live-session link may be shared by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Group or channel membership is never automatic.

2. Course access

After payment and admission verification for a paid course, eligible learners receive account activation or onboarding instructions through their registered contact details. Access may include live classes, recordings, notes, worksheets, tests and progress tools according to the purchased offer. Access is personal to the registered learner.

3. Delivery timing

Automated confirmations may be immediate, while manual verification or onboarding can take additional working time. Incorrect contact details, security checks, international transactions or public holidays may delay activation. If access is not received within the communicated timeframe, contact support with the registration or transaction reference.

4. Live sessions and recordings

Live-class schedules are communicated through approved channels. A session may be reasonably combined or rescheduled with notice. Where included in a paid offer, recordings are uploaded after processing and remain available for the stated access period.

5. Learner responsibilities

The learner is responsible for providing correct contact information, maintaining compatible equipment and a stable internet connection, checking messages and spam folders, protecting credentials and promptly reporting access problems. Links and credentials must not be forwarded.

6. Professional-service delivery

Deliverables and timelines for CA, tax, accounting, compliance or advisory services are governed by the relevant proposal, engagement letter or written confirmation and depend on timely receipt of complete client information and third-party or government processing.
