Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vyasa Vittam Private Limited (“Vyasa Vittam”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit our website, enquire about professional services, register for a demo, enrol in a course or use our learning portal.

- Professional-service information: business or individual details and documents voluntarily supplied for accounting, taxation, compliance or advisory enquiries.
- Transaction information: order/reference number, amount, status, payment-provider identifiers, refund status and invoice details. We do not directly collect or store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
- Technical and attribution information: device/browser information, IP address where operationally or legally necessary, referral URL, cookies, campaign parameters and interaction logs.

2. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries; provide and administer professional or educational services; schedule demos and classes; create and protect accounts; deliver recordings, notes and assessments; verify payments; issue receipts; prevent misuse; provide support; communicate service updates; measure campaign performance; improve the website; and comply with legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
3. Children and parent/guardian involvement
Some students may be under 18. A parent or lawful guardian should review the registration and policies and provide information or consent where required. We collect parent contact information for course administration, safety, payment and important communications. A parent or guardian may contact us to review, correct or request deletion of eligible information relating to a minor.
4. Payments and service providers
We may share only necessary information with payment gateways, website/database providers, secure video and file-delivery providers, communication services, analytics providers and professional advisers acting for legitimate service or compliance purposes. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective policies and contracts. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use essential cookies for security and session functions and, where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies to measure visits and campaign conversions. Advertising events must not include sensitive educational details, phone numbers, email addresses or payment credentials. Browser settings may allow you to block non-essential cookies, although some functions may be affected.
6. WhatsApp and live classes
Joining an official WhatsApp group is voluntary. Other members may be able to see a participant’s phone number, profile name or image. Demo and class links must not be forwarded. Live sessions may be recorded for enrolled learners; participants should avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information during a recorded session.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the stated purpose, contractual administration, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, accounting, tax or legal obligations, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.
8. Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of optional communication consent or deletion of eligible personal information. Some records may need to be retained for payment, legal, tax, security or dispute purposes. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may limit our ability to provide the requested service.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Policy when services, technology or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate registered channel.
